Core Stage for the Artemis I mission arrived at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida in late April 2021!
Our team has been hard at work preparing for the massive 212-foot-tall Core Stage for the biggest rocket NASA ever built as it traversed the 900-mile journey from NASA’s Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.
Following offload and transport to the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB), the Core Stage is being integrated with the solid rocket boosters, the Orion Spacecraft and other flight hardware in preparation for the launch of Artemis 1.
