Janicce Harp, a Project Integration Engineer, Requirements & Process Integration for COMET, was honored with a Silver Achievement Medal at the Kennedy Space Center 2023 NASA Honor Awards Ceremony held May 29, 2024.
Janicce was honored “for outstanding leadership and integrity, enabling successful pre- and post-flight processing to and from the International Space Station (ISS)" in her previous role as Group Manager for the ISS Life Sciences Processing directorate on the Test and Operations Support Contract (TOSC).
“It feels amazing!” said Janicce. “I think this proves the critics wrong and shows that there is good work being done in Life Sciences Processing here at Kennedy Space Center.
“There are a lot of people working very hard every day to help make our research teams successful, and I’m blessed to have led my team for as long as I did. I’m honored to be recognized in this way.
“God is good!”
